Deposit Policy
If the value of your tour is $500.00 or more and you are booking 120 days in advance, you may choose to book with a refundable 50% deposit.
Your balance is due 60 days in advance of your tour.
Your balance is automatically taken on the same card as the deposit. You are notified by email with the transsaction authorizatuion number.

Guest's Reservation Cancellation Policy
1. If Notice is received more than 60 days prior to your tour date:
a. All money paid is transferable, if you rebook the reservation to another 'in-season' day or a future season's date.
b. Full payment, less a $100.00 handling fee is refundable.
c. If you find a substitute ski/snowmobile party, your payment will be applied to the substitute party and it is your responsibility to be paid by your substitute.
If SPC books a substitute you will receive your payment, less a $100.00 handling fee.
2. If Notice is received less than 60 days prior to your tour date:
a. No refund, unless a substitute is found by canceling party as outlined in 1. (c) above.
b. If SPC books a substitute you will receive your payment, less a $100.00 handling fee.

Selkirk Powder's Refund Policy
Notice will be given as time allows should your tour be canceled on any particular day due to the snow conditions or the mechanical failure of the company's equipment. If you never left the village or got any ski runs, or snowmobiling time, then the amount paid is fully refundable. If you suffer a mechanical during the tour, then the amount refunded or credited will be determined by the management.

If the conditions are not want YOU EXPECTED,
we allow YOU determine whether you'd like to choose another day.
You just have to re-book that new day with-in the season.

Weather Guarantee
Though we seldom have to, SPC will not ski clients in inclement weather or heavy wet snow conditions.
We reserve the right to call a bad day a "weathered-out day"
and keep you dreaming of the best cat skiing experience possible.
If we have to refund you, we will, if we can get you to re-book into another day
within the season we would be very pleased!
