Reservations are taken by phone, by e-mail or in person.
Registration is completed at our sales office in Schweitzer's main day-lodge,
the Lakeview Lodge, right in the heart of ski resort village.
Selkirk Powder's lodge is on the crest at 6400', right behind Schweitzer's Great Escape quad chairlift!

TERRAIN
3000 acres. A guest told us that the Selkirks were created by God for skiers. It's no wonder then that 90% of the Canadian helicopter ski companies operate in the Selkirk range. After using Schweitzer's 6-minute summit lift, we drop-in along a private, 3-mile north / south running ridgeline with west-bound shoulders.
We ski 6 regions of primarily west/s/w-facing and north/n/w-facing 20 to 40 degree pitches between 6600' and 4500'.
Our average run is 1,200ft vertical and our longest is 2200ft. The old growth trees are nicely spaced,
the loggers do a remarkably good job with high-lines and the glaciers carved out features no park could produce.
With our operation at treeline, intimidating alpine-type features and fog are not significant.
Return ascents in the snowcat are roughly 10 - 20 minutes.

SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING ABILITY
Expert and high intermediate skiers and snowboarders who ride their home mountain's black diamond trails safely and confidently will find the glades and steep, falline open-bowl skiing challenging and fun.
Novices and Intermediates are welcome only within 'private cat' parties!
