TERRAIN and RUNS
We are the best cat skiing option in North America!
The first thing that's way different from our more remote competitors (Island Lake Lodge, Mustang, White Griz, Monashee, Powder Cowboy, Chatter, Retallack, Baldface and Big Red Cats) is that you'll be skiing powder down to the snowcat by 9:05am. How?? After using Schweitzer's 6-minute summit lift, 10 skiers/boarders and 1 certified guide drop into 3,000 acres of a private and state owned, north to south ridgeline. We ride primarily west and north aspects sporting 20 to 40 degree pitches. The average run is 1,200ft vertical, the longest, 2200ft. You'll get between 7 and 10 runs and achieve from 10,000 to 14,000 vertical feet given weather and group dynamics. Ski guides and tail-gunners, Ken, Jon Dodge, Chip and James are wired for fun and exhibit professional respect for terrain and clientele. SPC's own Professional Division of National Ski Patrol oversees us while we ski and board. Our snowcat operators (20-year experienced) make smooth return snowcat ascents in 10 - 20 minutes.

SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING ABILITY
Expert and high intermediate skiers and snowboarders who ride black diamond trails safely and confidently will find the glades and steep,
falline open-bowl skiing challenging and fun.

Younger riders, novices and intermediates
are welcome only in private cats.
